Help

Today I have been fitting my sliding door, I am having some problems with the door, I have cleaned out all three tracks but the door does not seem to slide freely, the bottom rollers, seem to rub along on the bracket bottom, not on the rollers themselves, I don't know if this is from a previous repair to the bottom track or not, but have you any advice?

I also when shutting the door have to 'slam' it hard to get it to close.

The top roller just pulls off. It's worth degreasing it, cleaning all the crap off and then re greasing it.

The wheel on the middle bracket to my knowledge is a cartridge bearing so can't do much with it.

If you pop the black caps off both the lower rollers you can degrease and regrease the bearings.

Have you fitted a new door seal as well by any chance? Usually when new they are a bugger to shut and take a little while to bed in.
