Solex 34 issues

Hi, a couple of weeks back I fitted a genuine solex 34 pict 3 which I stripped, ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt with new gaskets, jets, bushes and solenoid. The volume control screw is 2.5 turns out as a base setting.
At the same time I fitted new inlet gaskets, rubber boots and carb gasket, the heat riser is clear in the manifold.

Immediately I was able to alter and set the tick over, something i could never do on the bocar the solex replaced.

Took it out today and it won't tick over again, no matter where the idle screw is.
The solenoid clicks and it's fully off choke, dizzy is an 034 svda.

Any ideas, I'm stumped, only 2 weeks ago it would tick over, it's only sat on the driveway.

Forgot to add, the filter is new aswell.

Clean out / replace the idle jet .
RHS of carb , 8mm (?) socket - this worked for a friend with similar issues

The idle jet is brand new.

I stripped the carb again and soaked it in acetone, found a load more dirt which must have been in the drillings, the ultrasonic tank I used can't have been up to the job.

It's idling again
