400 washers. which isnt too bad for a tuckaway
 
If you intend to keep the bus I would recommend going stainless.

I wanted to keep my heat exchangers and did not want to have to remove the muffler every time the valve clearances needed setting so went for system 2 on here http://www.vwspeedshop.com/home.php?cat=497" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It clears the engine support bar, is well made and was easy to fit.

As for the muffler, I find the aftermarket ones too noisy and ended up making my own out of stainless.
 
I fitted the bluebird one a while back - still haven't heard it running yet :roll: but I found it well made and dead easy to fit.

Delivery took a while, and their online shop isn't the best but the product is neat.
