Stereo where to put it?

Hi,

I'm fitting a new modern stereo in the microbus but i dont want it in the dash or particulary in plain sight anyone fitted one hidden somewhere?

Also anyone fitted speakers in their microbus?

Pics or ideas very welcomed

i fitted a cd multichanger under the passenger seat. probably no good for a head unit though as you wouldnt be able to change settings

Yes ...home made unit in mdf covered in grained vinyl to match dash

That one wouldnt since its not enclosed in the glovebox, the works hang outside as it would if dash mounted.

If you just put it in the glovebox then a few ventilation holes might not go amiss though.

I want to fit some into the headlining, anybody done this?
