taking heater stalks off

do the stalks just pull off as i have been trying to get the dash out to change bulbs,and cant get the stalks out,cheers matt

There's small plastic pins that hold the heater levers on.

i used a 6mm socket ish on the side that has to be closed in.. you will see what i mean when you see the white plastis pins,( once pushed in they open up) so to close them back to push through ....push with the socket it will close and push at the same time ..dead easy this way.

Yeah, dead easy if you've got hands the size of a baby's. Even through the radio hole I struggled. Good luck.

It would be fair to say I won't be putting them back on. :lol:

I haven't refitted mine, and they haven't fallen off in 3 years.
