knocked this up saturday morning with some drums from work,

[photobucket] [/photobucket]

cost me nothing except for two hinges for the stoking door and a tub of fire cement. all the drums came from work with dry bagged chemicals in so nice and clean and the flue is what british gas left in my garage when they installed a new boiler last year.

properly kicks out some heat as all those drums have a large surface area only took a couple of hours, will hopefully be able to feel my fingers up there this winter

you know what they say Si "necessity is the mother of invention" well they maight not say exactly that.

had to be inventive did'nt want it to cost me owt as i'll leave it there when i move out hopefully in the spring, and if i get somewhere else in the future to do the bug i'll get something a little smaller or build another one as we'll probably have some more drums knocking around by then
