It’s a lovely day here in T Barnsley I’m sitting outside the Clog and Whippet having a nice pint of Newton and Ridley’s

As I can’t get on the late bay to post in the fitness thread I’ll stick it in here

I ran the Northallerton 10k today in a sweltering 24 deg heat

Finished 239th out of a thousand people
Came in at 53.24
