How do you time a single vac dizzy no centrifugal?

Would it be just 7.5° at idle (vac hose removed from can then can plugged and hose plugged)?

Do you time these at high rpms for full advance?

Those are some good threads.

They mention Static or idle timing at (0°) TDC and that's it, no more high rpm timing setting to 28° BTDC.

I've got a Brosol H30/31 carb, so this one should work better than a SVDA.

check on oldvolkshome but I think your dizzy should be 0 tdc at idle

I have vac only dizzy and set at 0. If you set at 7.5 you will get like 40btdc at full advance which is way too much
