I always try and let people pass and most people appreciate it. The angry ones are only jealous!

Fit a bigger motor then when they do try to over take you can speed up up. They get doubly peev'd when they find you choose to drive that slowly

I'll pull over as appropriate. I hate being stuck behing caravans, tractors etc so fairs fair. :)

It just gets to be a pain in the rear end (literally) when a queue of arseholes are pressing to pass, and that takes some of the pleasure out of driving the bus. Not wanting to allow these buggers to steal my pleasure, I usually pull over and give them my goat stare.

If I see someone driving badly I ask Sally if I can w.a.n.k them off (watch Sean Lock live DVD), she usually says no!

Just back from an 800 mile week long trip to Wales and back, with my trusty but slow 1584 single carb. What's the view on pulling over when you have a massive tail back behind you? Up to Bets-y-coed today and we were slogging up in 2nd at a steady 20mph. I pulled in half way up, but got loads of abuse from the first 3 bellends behind me.

What do you reckon, pull in or Fuck em? Interested in people's opinions!

Cheers Chris

They were trying to tell you it's: "Betws-y-Coed". :D

i'm really bad then, i never pull over. i dont see all the cars behind me as i dont look in the mirror

Had they been locals they would have known there's a stretch of dual carriageway as you leave Betws where they could have passed you ... as they were holidaymakers they shouldn't be in such a hurry anyway - feck 'em!

Cocked up last week and found myself on wrong side of Dinas Mawddwy (bloody big hill), only place to pull over was at the summit so carried on and left them behind on way down at 70mph.
...

Hahaha! I haven't attempted Dinas Mawddwy yet - always turned off at Cross Foxes to head towards Corris and Machynlleth!

Been across in both directions now, eastwardly isn't so bad .. except that my throttle cable starting playing up!
I remember it well as I chose to go the direct route to get home for England/Germany game and the infamous Lampard goal that wasn't .. thing that made it memorable though was the only earlybay we saw all weekend was coming other way on the summit - a truly magical moment and wish we had a camera at hand!

Sally remembers it because shortly after Bloody Big Hill I had her pushing starting the bus, only for me to find I had removed HT lead when fixing (messing with) the throttle cable .. she gave me her goat stare that day

I've just ordered an earlybay sticker with my username on so other road users can visit and let us know how I'm driving

   awesome Harry remove ht lead one way to save fuel

Best thing to do is go in convoy at the back then watch their faces as they realise they going to struggle to get past us all :D only prob is you always get some tit trying then its best let them get past and go let them go wrap round a tree not my van!!!!
