I've got a two spline drop on the rear of the bus and it's rather bangy, especially if I have some one in the back, is this a common thing with adjusting the splines or is it likely something else is the matter? I've got some adjustable spring plates but dont have time to fit them at the min

I thought that but I've been under there and there's no marks at all so it can't be that.
Doesn't moving it one splines loose some tension?

Could be that the cup on the trailing arm is catching the bracket the bump stop pushes onto.
Or as above if you are on standard shocks then in they will be bottoming out.

I shall try and have a look at the bump stops although I didn't see and marks on there when I looked last the shockers are silver kyb ones.

I've found the problem, the shocks are bottoming out! Only ones I have are the coilover shocks, wonder if they would be ok on the back?

I've put the t2d / gsf coilovers on the back and it's a lot better, no knocking, better ride. It has raised it slightly
