The thing with this is the term 'Historic Vehicle'. Sure alot of our stuff is old, but not old enough, and the Historic definition is a complete unmodified car, a resto basically, so no suspension mods, wheels, exhaust etc. It is just a draft, but better to act and keep your pride and joy than sit back and loose it.
