Want to raise my early bay gearbox along with engine.. but will a split nose cone bolt straight on my gearbox i currently have? And raise it at the same time?

No :oops: only with a gene berg600kit.

Why would i need the kit?

a split bus nose cone will not fit on a 002 (earlybay)box, it’s designed for a beetle box 8)

Oh ok.. that pic makes sense now. Other option is to run a bug box and nose cone in my pickup

Yes a bug box and split nose cone for max raise.

It’s possible to raise the 002 box but then you have to something with the gear selector tube

So an irs bug box and a split nose cone should raise it? i only need an really.. im guessing the bug box raises in 2"? Dont really want to cut the floor out to gain linkage clearance
