Site sponsor Cherished would be worth a punt however I dont think many insurers cover commuting on classic policys - try Adrian Flux if you get stuck.

I am with RH but they dont do commuting as far as I know

cheers stuf. last time i was insure on a van, am sure you could commute?? mind you that was a couple of years ago now. if not can you insure vans on a normal policy?? ie: where you can use it to go to work and back!!

Never tried mate - cant run the risk of being late for work and stuck at the side of the road!!

Give confused.com a whirl for a standard policy and see what comes up - might not even recognise a classic vehicle though

give Carol Nash a try. They included commuting to a single place of work for me. No business use though. Fantastic price as well.

I got mine through Just Kampers and they use HIC or Adrian flux (same firm i think). My ones fully comp commuting, Social, Domestic and Pleasure with 7000 limited mileage...... £350 but i live in a crappy area too!

I'm with Lancaster, and the policy includes commuting to a fixed place of work :)
