WANTED - 68-71 Early Bay Pop Top - Decent Budget

Looking for an early bay window, pop top camper, ideally 68 - 71. Don't want to do much work, so a finished project would be preferred.

Wish list would include:
Propex heater
Disc brakes
Stainless steel exhaust
Rear seat belts
