If any ones got one, or a similar switch that can be made to fit??

Thanks,
David.

I managed to source one for my 72 which has equally destroyed itself. I remember reading that you could convert from the earlier one and remember considering it could be done myself after comparing wiring diagrams but can't be sure. Migt be worth investigating.

Someone on TheSamba.com is sure to have the answer

No I meant to use an earlier bay switch. That has four wires I think but can be used. Compare the wiring diagrams.

Yesterday I ordered my £130 repro 68-72 Indicator Switch assembly.
It arrived today. Expensive cheap crap, half the assembly just wobbles, insufficient insulation on the headlight flash mechanism, leaves it shorting out on the stalk, the whole thing just feels horrid -

Suffice to say it's going straight back...
