I'm looking for an original part to replace existing which for some reason doesn't have take off for servo pipe. Brakes could be so much better - got the discs but not the servo hooked up. Can you help guys ?

Sorry no, it's a single port manifold with vacuum take off.

you can drill and tap the one you've got for a pipe fitting, might be an option.
