Hi All,

I'm on the lookout for a RHD Panel Van.

Ideally want a runner but will consider non-runners...

Up to £6k at a stretch.

What have you go?

Cheers,
Gav

south west splits have one for sale on there site. But its a late model. sorry.

south west splits do have an early panel too in oz. ask. probably not in your budget

I'm quite surprised that £6k isn't enough... is that just because I want RHD or is that all PVs?

If the right one comes up I may be able to stretch to £7k (or 8?!), but that depends on what I can get for my other dub..

..incidentally; I have a RHD '72 project for PX :p

I have sent SWS a message regarding their PVs, thanks for the heads up beerboy.

At the end of this month I reckon I will be able to up my funds by a good couple of hundred...

So let's say I have £7K firm, cash - surely I can get something for this?

I've insured mine for 8k
This is the amount i suggested to the ins comp and I had to send pics etc, the insurance didn't quibble at my price. I've since spent a few grand more on it.
The other month I was at dubs at the hall and I had two inderpendant people mention to me what they thought it is worth in there opinion and it seems I am way off the mark and will need to insure it for more next time round

You may be surprised what u have gotta spend if u won't to get a good one ?

Got a registered August 70 walk through panel, so has disc brakes up front and later style arches. Two previous owners. Being a UK van, it has had its fair share of replacement metal over the years but is solid underneath. Intention was restore and re-paint but I have been running as is for the last 3 years. Low with Slamwerks adjustable spring plates on the rear.
Looking for £6500
Let me know if you are interested and I will sort some pics and more details for you

dude 7k should get you something in time. especially with winter fast approaching.
I paid 8k for mine, which I felt was high but I didnt have to do anything welding/running wise to it, I'd never let it go for 8k though (which probably means I'll never be able to sell it and ive spent to much on it)
The prev owners paid 6500 for it only a year before.
They definitely come up mate. I'm not so sure that bay commercials are following the price hikes commanded by split commercials atm.

Just remember only the hardcore have left hand drive panels ;-P :msn4:

One on ebay at the moment, needs a lot of work but it could be great, interior looks very original

Edit oops pasted wrong link!
