Wanted: Rigid vac pipe- carb to distributor

Hey duders,

Just wondered if anyone has one of the rigid metal vac pipes between the carb and dissy that they'd be happy to flog? I'm going back to vac advance (123 dissy woohoo!) and my old vac line got lost in battle a while ago....................

If you can help, let me know the damage and I can wing some money over straight away :mrgreen:

Isn't it the same size as small bore brake pipe ?

Reminds me, I must get one too, I just have a length of the tube at the moment, risky :!:

I've just used a length of kunifer brake pipe mate (won't corrode ),with two pieces of 4mm i.d. silicone pipe.

Cheers chaps, brake pipe does indeed seem to be the way forwards and all sorted now thanks to Rob (Doris)- a true gent and more helpful guy you could not wish to meet :mrgreen:
