I have one I was planning to sell. Came off my old engine and ran well, did the bushes on it a few years ago and it was rebuilt at the same time. Only one small issue with it is after removing I noticed the front stud is loose so I had planned to retap it and fit a stepped stud before selling. If you are happy to do that yourself then it should be fine!
