These are pretty easy to repair. I have done a few. You can buy the tubing from any hardware retailer and just cut it to size and use a vice to flatten the ends ( use a block in the vice to flatten to outside edge ). Less than £10 for the parts.

I have a similar issue except, my bars are missing. Faux, would you be so kind as to give me the measurements of the bars and holes? I am keen to make them myself.
