Waste oil and muck disposal... Wirral?

Hi there.

I suspect this is an age old quandary for home mechanics, but any ideas on how to get rid of my waste oil, fuel, water mixed crud that collects in various receptacles in my garage??

I am based on the Wirral.

As above, I normally just take mine to the local tip and there's a specific collection point there.
