westy sink waste piping upgrade

Does anyone do a westy sink waste piping upgrade, to uk spec 40mm waste as most of the old ones are dirty and broken etc.

I know the sink waste is a funny size thread and so is the vent pipe through the roof.

cheers for the offer dude but i've done a conversion on mine using all new parts, was wondering if there was already anything available.
