What colour original boot space cards?

Hi all,
Getting to the end of restoring the interior of my bus and I need to replace the tailgate door card and also the two very rear (boot space) side cards.

Truth be told I don't think I've seen any original items so I'm not sure what they're supposed to be like.

My bus is a '69 in brilliant blue with two-tone grey interior.

Need to know what material? painted or covered? push clips or screwed on? what colour?

Oh yeah, if you've got some in good condition for sale that would be great too . .

Rear hatch panel...black with chrome head push clips
Rear side panels black with screws

What about the material - covered hardboard? black plastic? textured?

It will just help me to spot originals.
