What's this pipe?

Took the kick panel off and found it. Not connected to anything on the cab side but looks like it goes under the bus?

That's the drainage pipe for the fresh air grill on the front of the van. Should let the water out underneath the front valance.
You need to recoonect this or replace it otherwise you will get wet feet next time it rains - unless some previous owner/ vandal has "smoothed over " the grill.
