where can I buy cable tubes?

I am trying to buy some tubes for my bus, they're the ones which the cables run through underneath, ie 2 handbrake cable tubes, 2 heatexchanger cable tubes, clutch cable tube, brake pipe tube and a lager one with wires going through, I don't really want to mess about measuring them up and cutting down the tubes to fit, I was wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase these as a part? I can get the cables but struggling with this, Thanks :?:

Na its the actual steel tubes which the cables run through under the cabfloor

just go to the pluming shop get a pipe cutter or b&q cheap you can get steel pipe in b&q also cutting takes seconds with the pipe cutter easy mate its not much to measure you got to get under to remove them or whatever so measure then good luck.
