Wife no longer in love with the van :(

Sound advice all the way. I had to decide after buying my van if I should fully restore or just keep it a little rough and ready and use as is. I'm so glad i went for option 2. I've had 4 decent trips so far this year after the purchase last NOV with my wife and we have had a right laugh. It's a great shared passion and Lisa has really bought into it due to the fun involved. Another trip planned to the Lakes next week also. I honestly think now if it was absolutely mint i'd be too scared to enjoy it. Hopefully knock a few jobs off each year and improve as we go along. Good luck with yours, take a few months off have a holiday then get it on the road and don't be too precious with it, enjoy!
