Windscreen bulge repair panel

Who sells them or where can i get a 3" cut from?
New van has a small hole smack bang in the middle of the screen / bulge (guessing the old seal was joined here) so needs cutting out

Froggy, I ordered a ' Windscreen and Bulge Repair Panel ' from Alan Schofield :
Panel: 63.83
Postage and packing 12.77
VAT 13.40
Total; 90.00

Delivery was a couple of days, but it did arrive with a couple of dents, nothing major.
It is a panel for early and lates and comes down to half way through the 'late' indicators.
I cut mine off at the bottom of the bulge and welded all the way along, not painted yet but looks OK,
