1500/1600 option

So i have got to do the pushrod tubes on my 1500sp
I have a set of 1600b&ps from a 1600tp engine i stripped to make into a bigger engine
Question is will the larger 1600 barrels fit in my heads and if they do isit worth swapping them over for the extra 100cc ?
I dont wanna go down the whole make it a twin port route as my engine is setup lovel atm and iv got trips planned in it so down time needs to be minimum cheers

Yes they will fit 1500/1600 heads are the same. A 1500 is 44 BHP a 1600 is 47, 3 BHP on such an under powered engine will make a noticeable difference.
