superb ! am loving this van, colour, stance, interior all ace , i have the white with red interior thing going on with my van this year , would love to see it at a show, well done. steve
 
Thought I'd post some more pics up today.
Got a new black/white check floor fitted in.

and got me some '68 only wipers too, the old ones were not so good (thanks mike.s)

Also got some repro U.S. bulb holder's and seals the old one's were not too good and did'nt work all the time.

Gave it a good polish today too and got some ankor wax on the roof and all the rusty areas(hard work), polished the rest of it with collinite 476s (good stuff)

I love this bus! My screen saver. :D We are going to have to chat when it comes to suspension specs. I think the "Lunch Box" is going to get this attitude. Throw down some more pics if you can.
 
Fitted my new polished porsche cap's today now all the salt's gone off the roads.

Exactly the one I want, do you want to sell it, still got your walkthrough mat sat in my shed for you too, gonna have to get it sorted to get it to you mate. Maybe I could bring it over to you when I collect the rack from you :lol:

Bit of an update on my bus.
Its been back to T2D to get the paintwork on the rear quarter blended in properly by there paint guru Terry and I have to say you'd be hard pushed to see where it's been blended in, fatnastic job thanks guys.

What is your rear tire size? Can you go lower in the rear with out rubbing or having to tub it? what transmission are you running and how is the tire/trans combo on the freeway(motorway)?

Its running 185/65x15 on the rear, I could maybe get a little lower as it has never rubbed at the rear at this height even when its fully loaded. Its got a stock gearbox fitted as for driving on mororways it cruises at 60mph all day long, took it up to 65mph but engine sounds like its working very hard so I stick to 60mph.
If the box ever fails I am gonna get a beetle box fitted to gain a bit extra cruising speed.
