So yeah basically we need something with more room than the bug to fit bambino's in and all the stuff that comes with them. I was thinking something like an old VW Jetta but open to anything really.

The GT has been used as our daily since last year and has never let us down. The engine is the original along with the gearbox and is strong with no end float.
the interior is in OK condition with the all important GT extra's like the gear stick center console, padded dash, and steering wheel.
Underneath is solid and undersealed.
Body work is ok with some rust bubbles starting to show here and there, but not too bad. Worst bit is around headlight on offside wing.
Back valance would need replacing or patching up.
We had planned on doing the body up but as we have used it everyday we just never got round to it and since deciding we need a bigger daily it probs won't get done, but I have collected a few spare wings, deck lid, boot lid etc that would come with the car too.
We also have some original GT wheels to go with it too that need refurbishing. Along with the wheels that are on it.
Any other questions just ask.
