Finished rebuilding my extremely dirty and gunked up carburator on my 70 westy wich u recently acquired.

Just want to know what the initial adjustment is. I know alot of carbs i worked with had one such has screw the air fuel screw all the way in and back up 2 turns etc. Same with idle.

Cant find anything about my 30 pict 3

Can anyone help?!?!? Thanks in advance.
