So the time came to bite the bullet and get some notches in the back of the Bus so dropped it off to Matt at Balls'd

getting its new MOT

new stance - brought the front down another 10mm too

ive had new trailing arms with narrowed shock mounts, bushes, shocks, tracking etc up front and it drives like new, love it :mrgreen:

with the new stance the front end needed tubbing.

I wanted something a bit more 'stock' looking and not as deep as the larger tubs you can buy off the shelf, plus i still wanted to retain the seat runners too.

So out came the angle grinder :shock:

Then using the cut out floor i folded and welded up some sides etc to form the tub

after some weld through primer was added i welded in the tub before offering up the seat and welding in the box section on the inner edge and attaching the seat runner to this too

Just need to stone chip the underside, sand and paint and its on to the otherside
