Anybody converted a Westy US hookup inlet to UK?

My Westy used to have a US style hookup like the on on ebay here:-

Has anyone tried to convert one of those inlets to a UK hookup? I'm wondering if I get one if there is space to take the insides out and fit a off the shelf uk hookup connector inside?

Yes and no, I've done it but not converted anything. Got a USA adapter to UK hookup/plug for the out side part from creationblue on here then just used a ground US to UK plug adapter on the inside. That way Its completely stock and unmodified and yet still works fine 8)
