Anyone running 4 into 1 and Phat boy

I have recently brought a 4 into 1 empi header and Phat boy back box. Is anyone running this?

They dont seem to lineup correctly, when i hold the back box up to the header it catch's on the bottom of one of the 4 pipes. The joints between the header and back box dont seem to line up either.

Any help from anyone would be cool.

Yeh i`m running this set up.I had to cut and re-weld the header flange so as to line the phat boy up,otherwise it hung down it now runs parrallel with the bumper.

How hard was this to do? Where about did you cut it down?

Hi,it was not too bad.This pic shows the triangular flange I cut.Wen doing it I also welded the nuts to the back side to make fitting a little easyer.

I also welded a washer to the header so as to put a spring on to help support the box,you do need it.

This is the end result.

Cheers mate, yes that really does help. Did you cut the header or the phat boy?

No worries,I cut the flange on the header.It needed rotating a little and the angle changing.
