Well volks, with no immediate prospect of getting out to the garage :cry: I thoght I'd suggest a new thread - a couple of pics per person, before and after for your resto's...

Ok so its not quite a before my camera died when I picked her up.

And sadly shes still there although a little more paint I'm hoping shes ready on wednesday.....

Glad you like it Johnny :D - it's still a "work in progress" as I want to do a 1641 / Dual Weber upgrade this winter. There's a Foksy adjuster in the front beam taking it down about 5" at the front and it's lowered one spline at the rear. Currently I'm running Beetle Rear Shocks (Cofap) at the front but these should really be firmed up as the tyre still farts on the front arches from time to time - I'm thinking some KYB GR2s would do the trick.
