Best dizzy please

I've just ordered a new Vw heritage 1776 lump Wots the best sort of dizzy to run I'm already runnin 009 on my old lump And Sud I add an extra oil cooler or do u think this is over kill Any help is welcome. Thanks everyone

I'd prefer a Bosch SVDA if you can find them for sale but if you're happy with the 009 then its probably easier to stick with it. You'd need to sort a vacuum connection to your carbs if you went to SVDA. I wouldn't bother with a oil cooler on a decent 1776 - see how it runs first and go from there.
