Best gaskets?

Is it better to use metal or paper gaskets for the seal between the inlet manifold and the cylinder head? Thanks.

On a stock motor the metal gaskets are fine but if you have a motor with bigger and or match ported heads then paper gaskets are better because they can be worked.

i use genuine wheatabix boxes. cut to size smear of grease as they go on no issues.
