Big Beige Bus

Hello,

Here's a few pics of our Big Beige Bus which we bought last April. It's a LHD German import. We're not sure of the colour. Does anyone know if it's Savannah or Kansas beige? A previous owner has "touched-up" the interior paintwork resulting in two shades of beige!

We're currently re-fitting the interior with some re-trimmed seats and panels. This is our first bus, so we're bound to have some questions - please be patient with us!

Thats nice, has it been painted or is that the original finish?

If you go to this site it gives you some great info on Mcodes, how to find them and what they mean etc...

Good looking van! Where is the VW-logo?

The bus has been repainted by a previous owner.

It's chucking it down with rain right now, and the van is under a cover - I'll take a look later at the mcodes to see if that helps.

For some reason it didn't come with a badge on the front. We have one to go on, but we're not sure how far down from the air vent it should be.
