All those with their names on the list, can you please PM me your registration numbers as I have to pass these on to the SSVC in September.

I would be helpful if you could book and pay for your space through the SSVC website in advance (preferably asap as this event does sell out in advance) as otherwise it will create problems on the day. Its best not to do the cruise as otherwise you might not get on to Madeira Drive till after lunchtime :shock: Really we need everyone to be in the line-up by 9.30/ 10am as after this it becomes a nightmare trying to get people in.

We have arrangements in place for the friday night. This is for Earlybayers in the line up only.
PM me your reg numbers and I will provide further details. I need your reg numbers for the line up anyway.

It is advisible that people in the line-up avoid camping at Hook Road and doing the cruise as you will arrive too late to join the line-up, as we all have to be in place on Madeira Drive by 9.30am. Anyone who has done this event before knows its chaos when the cruise arrives on the seafront, and we want to be as helpful to the SSVC as possible by organising ourselves in time before the cruise arrives.

Hi all,
I have received the list and look forward to seeing you all on the BB 09 weekend. I will be printing this list off for my marshals at Madiera Drive. Can you please go to the DUKES MOUND end (The sloped end) as this will facilitate you getting in and parked up easier.
I will see most of you at the racecourse on the friday night ( this facility is ONLY open to people booked in with me and on the official EB line up.)
