What camera and lens set up do you use (more specifically for those shallow depth of field shots)?

Using a canon 5dmk2 and a sigma 24-70 F2.8 Lense with an nd8 filter for these

I have only recently bought some ND filters and have only used them on long exposure day shots, never for more "regular" use.

Definitely some more fun to be had with them!

I was using them as i dont have a polariser on this lense so was using the nd to not blow the sky out too much
