Ordered 8) looking forward to it, combined with the roller wheel for the cable through the fan housing this should be a great feel to the acceleration pedal and make a nice smooth action for sure 8)

Hey easy where did you get the roller from, I saved a link to these only to loose the link :oops: . I've got Buttys acc link and agree both combined wll be smooth.

Mine throttle kit has just arrived - looks like a brilliant bit of kit

Hope its a straightforward install, sure everything will become clear when I am under the bus!

Does anyone or has anyone use lock tight on the nuts just out of interest? I know they are nylon lock but just wondering? :mrgreen:

Fitted a few kits now and never used loctite, latest RHD arrived yesterday to be fitted to a customers bus :)

Graham fitted one to my RHD bus months ago ;)
You've got to contact ButtysBits directly to order them and he'll ask for some pictures of your existing linkage.

As George has said, they are available but he needs a picture of the underside of your pedal to work out which kit you need, on a RHD it changes over the years

Will do :mrgreen: im sure they will be fine, they look a VERY well designed bit of kit and i will more than put it through its paces. Graham is fitting them as standard so i am sure if he has any feedback it would be appreciated. 8)
 
Yes Mike, just test driven it, steering feels good, throttle linkage erect and I've tightened up your fan belt so it's ready to collect tomorrow as planned :mrgreen:
 
Just fitted mine. Lovely piece of kit but can't work out where the spring goes although it does seem to be fine without it. :eek:
