I now have another issue with the door sliding channel which inside the door at the back end of the door. my new doors don't have a U bracket type thing to bolt it to the door and no bit of metal for it to clips in to at the top. (As seen on pic below)

Is there another type of runner that I need to make it work?

Any help would be great, as getting no where fast withtese dam doors!!!! :(

This a pic of what the top of my old runner looks like.

are you sure both doors are from the same year?

The doors came off the same Aussie van but that doesn't mean anything!!!!

Now I've painted the doors and one has different fixing for the glass, so I can't build the door up, so my question is do the earlier doors have a different runner?

Simple answer is YES they do (well I'm sure I've been told that)
