I was talking to the guys selling this product:

http://campertracker.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It seems like a good product and the guys were friendly and into their campers.

They are willing to offer a group discount so put your name down if you are interested. £140 per unit if I get 10 people together.

You can get mini gps trackers for under £50 these days, just did a quick eBay search and found hundreds. Not sure how good they are compared though

i wouldunt recomend any of the cheeper imported stuff from e-bay, seen them installed an their not at all relilable.

Like this comment...

'Monitor the speed of your vehicle and receive alerts if it exceeds your pre-programmed speed limits'

TBH they deserve a bloody medal if they can get it to go over 60mph....

Is there anyone else, I think I had at least 6 people at dubs at the castle say they wanted me to order them one........

(Skytag is £249.99 plus £6.99 per month, which to me sounds like a lot. This system seems to work in the same way. You can still tell the police where it is if it gets stolen)

sounds like a great deal to me .. :)

No I do not have the product, but I have done a fair bit of research in these products and with varying results and the product that you have the offer on is pretty much the best on the market. However they are not the only ones selling it! (see previous link)
With all due respect with your snotty response I am simply showing that the product is available elsewhere and that it is at less than half the price. ;)

I believe that people should have all the information about products and the costs involved not just jump at the first opportunity that comes along.

And with regards to the app used it IS the same product using the same APP using the same network. And
:)

I arranged the group buy recently for the CGMart GPS trackers. There was a fair bit of discussion at the time regarding whether it was the same product as available on Ebay for roughly half the cost negotiated (even after the group buy discount). I went for the UK purchased option and fittled the unit which works well. I needed to make 1 call to assist with setting it up which I got assistance with via the UK phone number provided.

I subsequently needed another and took a chance and bought another from China via ebay this timee and they appear identical in every way except the ebay one also has a remote fob.Same packaging etc

I don't know if the 2 I bought are the same as the one offer in this group buy or not but mine both work using the basic functionality i.e movement detection. I havent set up the door contacts or any other option

Both the trackers I have bought work by sending you a text back which by using the Google Map application on your smart phone allows you to locate the vehicle. The only thing I'd say is that the accuracy is probably nearer 25m. You don't need any special or bespoke app as far as I am aware.

Hope this helps
