Camshaft upgrade 4 bolt to 3 bolt ?

Want to upgrade the camshaft in my 1641 engine currently undergoing a rebuild thinking about a engle 100 for a bit more bottom end but my engine has a 4rivet cam as its post 71
All performance cams are 3rivet been told I need a pre71 oil pump also to make it work is there anything else I would need?

You'll also need cam gear to an shells etc too while your there sorry if you know all this just double checking

Yeah no worries Dave was planing on going straight cut cam gear anyway
