Ok I have a 1600 ad engine twin port which has a 30pict 1 carb

My inlet manifold was screwed so have a replacement one and assumed I had a 34 pict 3 carb but have not.

My question is staying stock with a 34 carb
Will I get increased mpg an gain a little proforance?

I am going to be taking the heads off for a clean tomorrow how can I check if they are 1600 ones or of it's been bodged with 1500 or 1300?
Based on everything else highly unlikely to be 1641

Part numbers on heads will ID them?
34 carb won't give u much performance or mileage
But a pair of 40 IDF's will ;)

Numbers on heads 04010137513 g01 under rocker cover

Next to heater exchange 351 47h 24

Any one translate ??
