.....someone had to be the 1st to say it  .
And its comming fast.
I work in a garage as a mechanic and every day in the post you get your fair share of junk mail trying to sell you stuff etc...
Today something came through the door with a picture of Scrooge standing in front of a Christmas tree on it  .
It is still September right :?:

Went to get some BBQ coals from the supermarket....................no joy. The isles filled with christmas stuff. It was 80 outside and everyone was in shorts.

*sigh* every year it starts sooner! Just thankful I don't work in a shopping centre/shop and have to listen to Christmas carols for 3 months

Though my wife did ask me what I wanted for christmas so she can start planning......though I'll probably do as per usual, tell her what I want and then go buy it in November :D

So what do you want for Christmas? New & improved Fiberglass Westy Pop top and luggage racks? ;) ;)

My son will celebrate his 11th birthday on the 10th December. I point blank refuse to have anything to do with Christmas until that special day has past. And anyway, it is a religious festival, not an excuse for a shopping extravaganza. Loads of people go out and spend money they don't have on unwanted gifts for people they don't like. I am definately not a church goer but I do celebrate Christmas like everyone else. I just prefer to do it a bit more restrained than some, without the rampant consumerism and gluttony that seems to prevail amongst the masses. It can hardly come as a surprise that certain religious factions despise the West and us 'Christians' when they see such blatant hypocrisy displayed continually.
I'll step down from my well worn soap box now, and go write a letter to Santa asking for a new one........... :D

I'd be happy with the winning lottery numbers for Xmas, then I could just spend all of my time in the bus

i'm hoping that i'll have a present big enough to have Red 9 design 5 inch drop kit in it :D
