I cut the seal to fit around the door check stay so put a bit of evostick at these points. You could, I suppose avoid cutting the seal by undoing the stay.
Just to add to this, I’ve been looking at the drivers door seal channel and I have small patches of rust in the lower part of the channel. I suppose water gets trapped inside by the rubber seal [emoji3525]
Does anyone use dinitrol or waxoyl in the channel or know of another way to stop this?
