Driver and passenger seat cuts?

Hi All,
The weather is starting to improve, whoopee! The PO before me cut holes in the driver and passenger seats for some 10 inch speakers! So I am looking at replacing the metal back to OG. So I was wondering if anyone knew of anyone who had some cuts to repair that or if anyone had cut theirs out when they may have put swivel seats in?

These cuts are from a Californian van that have been shipped to the UK and only £75 each
