Like many others, I've only gone and bought the wrong clutch kit :roll:
Turns out my early bay gearbox has had a later clutch operating shaft fitted by the PO, so to save time I popped down to my local GSF and picked up the correct later clutch kit.
So i have for sale a Sachs clutch kit which is brand new and only been taken out the packaging and offered up to my gearbox.
From t'internet I believe it will suit the following:
T1 / Beetle 66-70
Karmann Ghia 65-70
T2 / Splitscreen 63-67
T2 / Baywindow 68-70
Type 3 62-70
Its the 'Sachs 200mm clutch kit contains a pressure plate, centre plate and a non-guided release bearing. The kit includes the pressure plate, friction plate, clutch release bearing and clips. Fitted to all 1500cc and 1600cc singleport engines -70'.
