Early Westy sink vent tube

Need some advice...

I have an early westy and have a sink/ Cooler unit that needs a little TLC. I am only missing a few bit but the one I can't seem to find a replacement for is the sink vent pipe. Is there some standard plumbing that could be used as a replacement that looks like the original?
